Inventory management/ allocation of rooms to meet the needs of a diverse range of guests.
Lost property – contact the guest and arrange a return
Assisting with airport transfers for guests
Responsible for the opening and closing duties of the reception desk
General Reception cleaning
Administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and reporting

Provide support to the Housekeeping team as required
