Berries Picking Jobs in Australia with Visa Sponsorship: Tru Blu Berries is seeking Fruit Pickers for our large-scale Fruit picking operation located in the Huon Valley, Tasmania. The role sees you responsible for picking a range of different fruits. You will need to have good communication skills, be able to follow directions and prove yourself as a team player. Good performers will have the opportunity for further work once berry seasons are finished. No prior education or experience is needed. You should be physically fit and shouldn’t be allergic to wasps and bees. You have to work typically 5 or 6 days a week, Monday to Sunday, but Hours per day can be up to 10 hours depending on the stage of the crop • Picking crews typically have rolling days off to ensure everyone is able to stay energetic. You will be paid per piece which means the more you work the more you earn.

Job Duties of a Berry Picker at Tru-Blu-Berries:

• Harvest a variety of fruits, including but not limited to berries, adhering to company guidelines and quality standards.
• Exercise care while picking and handling fruits to minimize damage during harvesting.
• Sort and pack harvested fruits into designated containers or bins, ensuring that only the finest produce is selected.
• Collaborate closely with fellow team members to achieve daily harvesting targets and meet set deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the orchards and work areas.
• Promptly report any concerns, issues, or equipment malfunctions to your supervisors.
• Participate in training sessions and orientation programs offered by the company.
