Job Description of a Food/ Confectionery Production Worker:

1. All donut production and packing tasks like receiving food items, storing food properly, operating food processing equipment, maintaining supplies, mixing ingredients, and assessing food items’ quality.
2. Clean up of the unit.
3. Weighing supplies and/ or products and maintaining a constant supply of the ingredients.
4. Must know how to give production input i.e. feeding dough, cream, and other ingredients into the processing equipment.
5. Donut Packaging tasks i.e. packing them in boxes, stacking them with respect to their delivery routes, etc.
6. Recover finished good quality cartons from the conveyer and set them again on pallets.
7. Checking instruments like temperature gauges to ensure optimal production conditions.
8. Keeping equipment and machinery clean and reporting any faults in them.
9. Ensure that production standards are met.
10. Finalize products and prepare them for shipping.
