The company is seeking experienced MC Truck Drivers with a customer service focus to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis or the option for a casual basis. These positions are Monday to Friday night shift (3 pm to 2 am approximately) with some Saturdays, transporting raw materials between Kemberton and Moora. BGC Transport has two room single room sleeping quarters onsite with shared facilities available for successful candidates. Requirements of Driver Jobs in Australia with Visa Sponsorship

• Valid Australian driver’s license (Class C or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar driving role.
• Excellent driving record and familiarity with local roads and routes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and loading products.
• Attention to detail and a safety-conscious mindset.
• Eligibility for an Australian work visa (visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates).

Job Responsibilities of a Driver at BGC:

• Ensuring compliance with all safety requirements including daily pre-starts on vehicles.
• Adhering to all quality control procedures.
• Operating the vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.
• Completing documentation correctly to comply with Fatigue and Safe Driving Plans. If you have the following skills and experience, we’d like to hear from you.
• Previous truck driving with end tipper experience (highly desirable)
• Ability to back a Road Train (not essential but preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently communicate at all levels.
• Valid WA MC driver’s license.
• Valid WA Construction Safety Awareness Card (White Card).
• Current Commercial Drivers Medical (within three years).
• Fatigue Management Certificate.
• Proof of Vaccination is required.
