• Secondary Education/ High School Diploma is enough. For senior and Management Posts, you need a degree in Hotel Management.
• Food Services Team Members don’t need any experience, but senior roles need at least 1-3 years of experience.

Job Duties of a Food and Beverage Team Member

1. As a Food and Beverages Team Member, you have to make and serve quality coffee and cake
2. You have to greet customers as they arrive and present them with the menu.
3. They are well-versed in taking customer orders and collecting payments.
4. The candidate should be competent enough to modify the menu as per the customer’s customization.
5. Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, food equipment, and tools.
6. Keeping a record of ingredients and ordering them if short.
7. Informing customers about special, most sold, or new items on the menu.
8. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order preparation and ensure timely service.
9. Process payments accurately and efficiently, following the established cash handling procedures.
10. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
11. Continuously strive to improve personal knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities.
