He/ She must adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the varying needs and interests of students. He/ She must facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with students and organizing learning resources and the classroom environment.

Requirements of ENGLISH Teachers Middle-Secondary School for Saudi Arabia
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, or Linguistics from a recognized University in the US, CA, UK, AU, NZ, or ZA (preferable)
- Teaching license/qualification from the US, CA, UK, AU, NZ, ZA (preferable)
- Minimum of 2 years full-time teaching experience in English at Secondary School grade levels
- Must have excellent English skills and be able to pass an IELTS at level 7.5
- Is culturally sensitive, dependable, flexible, and able to work in a continuously changing environment
Job Duties of an English Teacher at ITP:
- Designing English lessons that align with the school curriculum and delivering them in an engaging and creative way to students, so every student can learn at his own pace.
- Providing students with feedback on their progress and areas for improvement, also helping them with that.
- Using a variety of teaching strategies and techniques to support student learning, including the use of technology, class activities (individual and group), giving lecture handouts, extra coaching time, suggesting easy learning websites, sharing learning videos, giving practice workbooks, etc.
- Collaborating with other teachers and staff to ensure a comprehensive learning experience for students that each one can pick in his/ her own way.
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress
- Participating in school events and activities as required.
- Conducting special Spoken English, English Grammar, and Literature crash courses/ sessions to make students master every area.

Housing: Singles will receive a Furnished Apartment with Transportation provided back and forth to school. Married candidates will receive a HOUSING ALLOWANCE of 3 months’ Basic Salary per year plus a Transportation Allowance of SAR 500 monthly
Annual Air Fare: Return Annual Air Fare provided for employee, spouse, and 2 dependent children under 18
Vacation: 45 days annually plus national holidays
Medical Insurance: Coverage provided for employee, spouse, and 2 dependent children under 18
Benefits: One month basic salary for each year completed, paid at the end of service as per labour law
Visa: Residence Sponsorship and fees covered for employees. Employee responsible for dependent fees
