2. M.ED in Early Childhood & Care is preferred.
3. Must have 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field.

6. Bilingual or Trilingual would be a plus.

Job Description of a Nursery Manager:

1. Responsible for Kindergarten students’ learning.
2. Instructing Teachers to create Lesson plans and incorporate technologies like whiteboard animation, LED Smart Notepads, etc.
3. Ensure that the teacher is delivering lessons or directing activities according to the individual learning requirements of every student.
4. Ensuring that teachers are handling classrooms well without physical or mental violence.
5. Help teachers divide the class into activity groups and design classroom/ homework tasks or activities.
6. Mark and assess student’s performance and record it to inform parents.
7. Hold meetings with Teachers and Parents about how to improve the Learning Process of Students and maximize their Class participation.
8. Work closely with the other grade-level teachers to ensure that students achieve their potential at the school.
