Islamabad is home to a number of different Atomic Energy positions, such as Junior Assistant-I (Administration) and Junior Assistant-I (Accounts). Appointment to the Islamabad Government Jobs of the Present would be on a three-year contract that could be renewed after the initial term in the event of outstanding performance.

The History of PAEC Nuclear Power
The Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC) is an independent government agency funded by the federal government that focuses on nuclear power R&D, nuclear science promotion, energy conservation, and peaceful nuclear applications.
The PAEC coordinates conferences and oversees scientific inquiry at the nation’s best academic institutions. Since the 1960s, the PAEC has sponsored and collaborated on scientific research at the European Organisation for Nuclear Research (CERN), where Pakistani scientists have helped advance the state of the art in particle accelerators and high-energy physics.PAEC experts make frequent trips to CERN to take part in projects run by the organisation.
