Currently, we are assisting a fantastic worldwide charity in their search for a qualified Company Secretary to join their team on a temporary basis (for the first three months).

This part entails:
You will be responsible for providing administrative support in all areas relating to governance, including but not limited to ensuring the effective and compliance management of the Charity’s governing bodies.
Providing administrative assistance to the Board of Trustees and its governance sub-committees to ensure their smooth functioning and constitutionality. This entails facilitating the Board’s and its committees’ regular meetings, including setting their agendas and following up on their decisions. Company Secretary tasks include assisting with the planning and execution of the Annual General Meeting of Members, monitoring compliance with Start Network’s regulatory authorities, and keeping the Company’s Articles and Bylaws current.

You will be an experienced administrator who has previously held a comparable position. You’ll be extremely organized and have a keen eye for detail.
