The Canon IXUS 190 is one of the new IXUS cameras, a pair of IXUS 185 and 190. These are extremely thin models within the range of the Canon, which allows them to slip into pockets or bags.

The two cameras are identical in every way, except for the fact that the IXUS 190 includes NFC as well as Wi-Fi, while the 185 only has Wi-Fi. If you have a smartphone or tablet that does not have NFC feature (like iPhone), you can also go for 185.

Featuring a 20.0-megapixel sensor and a powerful 10x optical zoom in this compact body, the IXUS 190 allows users to capture quality photos and videos in seconds. Equipped with optical image stabilization to reduce camera shake, and with Smart Auto mode that chooses the best camera layout for you according to the scene, great image capture can now be easily achieved.

The Easy Auto feature can be activated by pressing and holding the dedicated button, which will prevent the FUNC.SET, MENU and INFO buttons from getting lost in the menu pages, and thus prevent unnecessary mismanagement. With a historical stamp feature that can be activated with one click, you can now recall memories at a glance by looking at the date and time printed on each image.

Connect and share
Sharing photos is now easy with the built-in Wi-Fi / NFC feature.
