Responsibilities:
- Shipping Coordination: Assist in coordinating and scheduling shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Documentation: Prepare and process shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Shipment Tracking: Monitor and track the movement of goods to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any transportation issues.
- Communication: Collaborate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
- Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate information in the logistics and shipping systems.
- Inventory Management: Support inventory control processes, including stock replenishment and cycle counting.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve logistics-related issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Shipping Clerk or in a similar logistics role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
