1. Creating recipes for whole wheat and other types of pastries.
2. Ordering baking ingredients.
3. Keeping a record of baking ingredients.
4. Coordinating baking schedules to meet the production target of every product i.e. cakes, cookies, tarts, pies, bread, flaky, shortcrust, puffy, choux, fluffy, hot water crust, etc.
5. Preparing all types of pastry dough i.e. flaky, fluffy, etc.
6. Do quality checks on ingredients and finished items.
7. Food presentation skills like using icing, glazes, fillings, and decorations.
8. Processing and carrying out customer orders and maintaining sales records.
9. Maintaining hygiene standards during the baking process.
