Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent knowledge of Warehouse operations and Warehouse Supervisor Jobs
- Proficient in using Warehouse management software and related tools
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different departments
- Minimum age: 25 years old
- Saudi Nationals only
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day Warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping products
- Supervise a team of Warehouse staff and provide necessary training and guidance
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in Warehouse management, including conducting regular Warehouse checks and reconciling discrepancies
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and prioritize the flow of goods
- Develop and implement effective Warehouse strategies to enhance productivity and minimize costs
- Maintain a safe and clean workplace, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory movement and Warehouse operations
- Identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise in Warehouse operations
