Requirements of Sandwich/ Roll Maker Jobs in Abu Dhabi with Visa Sponsorship

• Previous experience as a shawarma maker/ burger maker/ sandwich artist or similar role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Job Duties of a Sandwich/ Roll Maker:

• Setup the station completely with the appropriate utensils and equipment, as per company guidelines
• Prepare and serve high-quality sandwiches and Rolls following approved standard recipes and presentation
• Maintain the sanitation of the station assigned at all times
• Work with the Sous chef on the list of all the daily preparations, kitchen team priorities, special tasks, etc.
• Ensure that sandwich/ roll portion and temperature are as of high quality standard
• Monitor food stock on the assigned station including the freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
