Job Duties of a Restaurant Team Member:
- As a Restaurant Team Member, you have to make and serve quality dishes prepared by the restaurant.
- You have to greet customers as they arrive and present them with the menu.
- They are well-versed in taking customer orders and collecting payments.
- The candidate should be competent enough to modify the menu as per the customer’s customization.
- Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, food equipment, and tools.
- Keeping a record of ingredients and ordering them if short.
- Informing customers about special, most sold, or new items on the menu.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order preparation and ensure timely service.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, following the established cash handling procedures.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Continuously strive to improve personal knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities.
