Petrol Price in Pakistan Today 2023 – Petrol Price in January

Today, the rate of petrol in Pakistan is 214.80 rupees and the rate of diesel is 227.80 rupees. These rates are the same across Shell and PSO and the last hike we saw was on January 1. Petrol prices are going up and down daily but sometimes we can see a huge increase and decrease in petrol prices by the Pakistan government.

At present, the government is charging Rs 50 per liter PL on MS Ron 92 (petrol) and Rs 32.50 per liter on HSD while petrol, HSD, High Octane Blended Component (HOBC), clay Zero general sales tax has been imposed on oil. Light Diesel Oil (LDO) Similarly, the domestic freight equity margin on petrol sales have been pegged at Rs 3.51 per litre, as against Rs 0.81 per liter on HSD. Additionally, the oil marketing margin on petrol and HSD has been fixed at Rs 5 per litre. Additionally, dealers’ commission on petrol and HSD has been fixed at Rs 7 per litre.
