Job Duties of an Overseas/ Online/ Remote Salesman:

1. Aiding and guiding customers to make beneficial purchasing decisions and convincing them to do so.
2. Bring the product from the inventory location, such as the sales floor, and collect payment according to the accepted payment methods.
3. Fulfill the company’s annual sales target along with the sales manager as established by the Sales Executives.
4. Uncovering the new potential leads and converting them into clients.
5. Attention customers and serving them.
6. Maintaining cash registers and payment logs.
7. Looking after the sales floor, stock rooms, or other inventory locations.
8. Guiding and inviting customers to promotions and sales offers.
9. Tailor ways to connect with consumers and enhance customer-store business relationships via their excellent relationship management skills.
10. Boosting store sales via excellent communication and negotiating skills.
11. Analyze the market potential and keep an eye on the latest metrics like sales figures and sales status reports of the company and that of the big players in the industry.
12. Supply management skills and reporting to senior managers on customer needs, problems, and interests.
13. A good ability to expedite the customer complaints’ resolution process.
14. An openness to feedback and improving continuously through the process.
15. Devising strategies for regional directors/company establishment to boost sales in your country.
16. Promote coupons, discount offers, and other economic features of the company’s products to your native countrymen, while convincing them that the brand is more economical and efficient tha its local counterparts.
17. While in training, you are responsible to learn those marketing strategies and skills or those cell phone marketing features that are alien to your local mobile market, so that you can be the leader of a new market!
