- Be able to take direction from Owner – principally in the initial upskilling stages

- Have an unencumbered HR license (MC Licence highly desirable);

Job Duties of a Mixed Crop Farmer at Moora:
- Hay and Cropping experience with the ability to also work with livestock when required;
- Assist with managing the cropping program, including spraying and enhancement operations;
- Machinery operation including truck driving, spreading, ripping, and other paddock preparation and maintenance activities;
- Maintenance of various farm machinery and vehicles;
- Other general farm duties as and when required.
