Responsible for ordering stocks

• Responsible for receiving incoming stock
• Ensure the secure and correct storage of stock
• To distribute stocks to the correct department/end users as per IR/PR raised
• Track all orders in the system and ensure timely demand and provision
• Processing Non-Stock invoices/POs
• To update all records and entries in systems
• Will clear all documents in a timely manner
• Utilizes ease of identification, marking on all packing with the correct stock Number
• Follow the policy on near-expiry stocks
• Follow the policy of condemnation of items in a timely manner
