Job Duties of a Factory Worker/ Packer:

• Quality checking finished goods for manufacturing imperfections
• Rectifying any manufacturing imperfections
• Work alongside the Quality team to report any technical issues
• Labelling finished goods to match the order sheet
• Crimping correct termination connector onto heating element as per order sheet
• Packing element as per order sheet ready for technical testing
• Supporting the packing team where necessary Operating machinery for wrapping finished goods
• Packing elements into individual boxes with required fittings
• Packing orders to be shipped as per the order sheet
• Moving completed packed orders through to the warehouse for logistics to arrange dispatch
• Operating our testing machine to check & record the technical capability of all finished goods
• Meet & record individual daily targets
