The Factory Supervisor will support the Production Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the factory, including supervising employees, monitoring production, training, and enforcing safety regulations. - Competent and accurate in the use of industrial sewing machinery
- Experience in Work Study is important.

- Maintaining GMP and housekeeping at a high level within all departments
- Ensure quality standards are achieved and maintained.
- Effectively manages employee performance, including coaching, counselling, developing, and monitoring employee’s and taking the appropriate performance management action where required.
- Developing a training program, ensuring the smooth operation of all departments
- Establish and support a work environment of continuous improvement that supports the Quality Policy, Quality System, and the appropriate regulations for the area they support.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with H&S and all documentation is completed.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure prompt shipment of products
