Job Duties of a Cocktail Waiter/ Waitress:
- Ensure food/drinks are delivered to the guest rapidly and accurately with a high standard of food/drink knowledge.
- To act as the link between the back of the house and the front of the house to achieve the highest possible levels of efficiency and profitability
- Be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive the best possible service and care.
- Have a focus on service with the drive and enthusiasm to continually improve standards, to be procedural, and to ensure that no corners are cut.
