- Assist in the setup before service, ensuring all required equipment is available and stocked up
- Welcome all customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Provide service of breakfast, lunch, or dinner, allocating guests to their tables, offering menus, serving food and beverages, and clearing tables
- Provide an exceptional level of customer care and service
- Answer guests and visitors’ queries about the menu, offer recommendations and guidance
- Ensure the restaurant is kept to a high standard at all times, maintaining these standards throughout your shift and after service.
