Job duties of a Building Caretaker:

1. Clean and sanitize all common areas including entrance and exits, walkways, waiting areas, etc.
2. Vacuum/wash floors, elevators, hallways, stairs, windows, common rooms, entrances, exits, walkways, waiting areas, rooms, and all building facilities.
3. Maintain the grounds, landscaped areas, sidewalks, and parking lots
4. Perform seasonal duties if asked (gardening, mowing, weeding, snow removal, and salting)
5. Help building services like builders and fixers with minor maintenance as needed
6. Respond to all resident questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner
7. Focus on customer service and resident retention and suggest all the possible measures for it.
8. Other related duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
